Distillation is an art, a profession, a personal expression of an idea, a tradition that has been handed down for millennia, there are no secrets, each master distiller makes this art his own, our goal is to make you fall in love with the tasting.

Distilled using the racking method, the botanicals are placed in a gin basket above the alcohol. Though there is no direct contact between the spices and the liquid, the aromatization occurs as the vapors passing through the floral botanicals enrich the alcohol with distinctive aromas.

In essence, this process is reminiscent of steam cooking. The result is a more delicate gin, especially suited for mixing. This delicate aroma extraction makes the finished product unique.

Our spirits are distilled at the award-winning Elettrico Distillery in Livorno, Tuscany — a small, family-run facility honored as Best Italian Distillery of 2024 in Germany and recognized by Forbes as one of the top 100 Italian excellences in 2023. This partnership reflects our shared passion for quality, heritage, and innovation.

At the heart of our production is FOLGORE, a traditional copper still using the discontinuous steam distillation method — a rare technique that preserves the soul of each botanical. By placing our handpicked Tuscan botanicals in a suspended gin basket, we allow the vapors — not the liquid — to draw out the aroma. Think of it as the steam cooking of gin: a method that results in an elegant, nuanced flavor profile.
