Born in 2024 in Livorno, this Tuscan Amaro is the result of Chef Guido and Carolina’s collaboration within the warm atmosphere of the distillery. Through careful tastings and selection of botanicals, it embodies The Creator’s imagination and The Explorer’s quest for new sensory experiences, resulting in an Italian liqueur that celebrates authenticity, terroir, and craftsmanship.

Botanicals:
Gentian, Rhubarb, Cinchona, Aloe, Chamomile, Mint, Bay Leaf, Mandarin, and Organic Honey from One Belvedere Tuscany Farm.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Bitter gentian and cinchona open the bouquet, balanced by mint, bay leaf, and chamomile, with citrus brightness from mandarin and gentle sweetness from honey.
